Nic Tamlin Interior Design, Cape Town, is working on an exciting new property development soon to blossom on Chapel Street, Woodstock. On offer is a collection of vintage warehouses and creative spaces available to artisans, creatives and entrepreneurs. Our vision is to create an eclectic mix of unique businesses with the interiors being curated by Nic Tamlin.
This collection of vintage spaces includes:
- Two warehouses; ideally suited to a restaurant / brewery / coffee shop and designers
- Three studios; great for use as creative office space by developers, IT consultants, graphic designers, fashion designers and the like
- A Victorian house; consisting of five rooms this space is ideally suited to one or two companies or as to be used as a collaborative office space.
