A few months ago I was asked to come up with a concept for a new health juice bar to open in Cape Town.
The idea excited me, and Orchard was born. The concept was of an inner city orchard within a shop. The interior is fresh and decor functional, the perfect space for owner Tim Spence to experiment with new blends, and patrons to enjoy a glass of vitamin packed juice with looking out onto Long Street.
It’s always great to see passionate people doing new things, and I hope to see Orchard’s popping up all over the city.
